Shipping policy
Graxia Skin Co. ships orders from the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after carrier pickup, depending on destination and carrier performance.

Order Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Graxia Skin Co. is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier first. You may contact us at support@graxiaskin.com, and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@graxiaskin.com with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
International Shipping
At this time, Graxia Skin Co. primarily ships within the United States. Other international shipping options may be added in the future. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and import requirements.
